Legal Disclaimer – ENTRA Club Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 02/05/2025

 

Welcome to ENTRA! These Terms and Conditions govern all reservations made through the ENTRA platform. By booking a reservation, you agree to the following terms:

 

1. Reservation Policies

 

1.1 Booking Confirmation

• All reservations must be made through the ENTRA platform and are subject to availability.

• A confirmation email or notification will be sent upon successful booking.

 

1.2 Reservation Modifications

• Changes to a reservation (e.g., time, date, party size) must be made at least 5 hours before the scheduled time.

• Modifications are subject to availability and restaurant policies.

 

1.3 Cancellations & No-Shows

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

• No-shows or late cancellations may result in:

• A cancellation fee of 25% of the minimum spend if less than 24hr.

• A no-show fee of 50% of the minimum spend.

• A temporary or permanent restriction on future bookings.

 

2. Payment & Fees

 

2.1 Minimum Spend Requirement

• Some reservations may require a minimum spend per person, as stated in the booking details.

• The restaurant reserves the right to charge the minimum spend if the guest fails to meet it.

 

2.2 Credit Card Authorization

• A valid credit card may be required to secure reservations.

• In the event of a late cancellation or no-show, the card on file will be charged accordingly.

 

2.3 Taxes & Service Charges

• Prices displayed do not include taxes or service charges, which will be applied by the restaurant.

 

3. Dining Policies

 

3.1 Arrival & Late Policy

• Guests must arrive on time for their reservation.

• A 30-minute grace period is allowed, after which the restaurant may:

• Release the table.

• Charge a late cancellation fee.

 

3.2 Dress Code & Conduct

• Restaurants may enforce a dress code (e.g., business casual, formal).

• Guests are expected to respect restaurant policies and staff.

 

3.3 Table Holding & Dining Time Limits

• Tables will only be held for 30 minutes past the reservation time.

• Some restaurants may have time limits per seating (e.g., 2 hours per reservation).

 

4. Special Requests & Events

• Dietary restrictions and special requests must be communicated at the time of booking.

• Large group reservations and private events may have separate terms and deposit requirements.

 

5. Liability & Disclaimers

• ENTRA is a facilitator of reservations and is not liable for any issues related to:

• Food quality, service experience, or restaurant policies.

• Additional fees charged by the restaurant.

• ENTRA reserves the right to modify or cancel reservations in case of unforeseen circumstances.

 

6. Amendments to These Terms

• ENTRA reserves the right to update these terms at any time.

• Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the most recent terms.
